Boyd & Jenerette is pleased to welcome Attorney, Randy R. Dow, to the Construction Practice Group. He joins the firm as a Partner in our Coconut Creek office. Randy is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and brings significant experience in construction litigation, including delay and defect claims related to residential, commercial and industrial projects. His practice also includes the defense of product liability claims related to construction equipment, automobiles and power tools.

Mr. Dow serves as statewide litigation counsel for various national and international corporations in the construction, equipment rental and property management industries. He is rated as AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating. Mr. Dow also has been recognized by Super Lawyers, Florida Trend and the South Florida Legal Guide as a top litigator.
