Boyd & Jenerette is pleased to announce that Michael J. Childers has been named Partner. He’s a Board Certified Construction Law Attorney by the Florida Bar and a valued member of our Construction Practice Group.

Michael’s practice involves representing clients in all areas of Construction Law and in Complex Litigation.

He represents general contractors, subcontractors, architects, developers, and suppliers in cases involving construction defect, breach of contract, delay, liens/bonds, surety issues, personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims. Mr. Childers also has experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, subrogation suits, premises liability, and various insurance coverage issues.
