Boyd & Jenerette is pleased to welcome Attorney, Kathleen A. Carlson. She joins the firm as an Associate in our Jacksonville office. Her practice focuses on appeals, insurance coverage and bad faith/extra-contractual liability litigation. Prior to joining Boyd & Jenerette, Ms. Carlson clerked for the Honorable James A. Edwards at the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal.

Ms. Carlson obtained her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. While in law school, Ms. Carlson served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Florida Law Review. She also interned in the Northern District of Florida for the Honorable M. Casey Rodgers.
