Dow presented “Insurance and Construction Litigation in Florida” which included a detailed discussion of insurance coverage issues, including recent case law updates, surrounding complex construction defect cases. General Litigation Practice Group partner, Thomas A. Berger, also presented “Defending Low Impact Accidents” focusing on collecting necessary information for proper evaluation of low impact claims.
