Shareholder Jane Anderson, Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Practice Group Leader, is quoted in the January 2017 issue of CLM Magazine. The question posed to four CLM members was, "What line of insurance holds something new or exciting for 2017?"

Jane, a CLM member since 2007, responded as follows:
"Though not yet widely used, insurance is available in Florida that protects a party against adverse results under the fee-shifting provisions of Florida's proposal for settlement statute. We are exploring the policy's possible effects on both sides of litigation."
