Boyd & Jenerette is pleased to welcome Associate Attorneys Josh I. Corriveau, Geneva R. Fountain and Lovecia Holmes-Oglesby to the firm.

Josh I. Corriveau is an Associate Attorney in Boyd & Jenerette’s Orlando office, focusing his practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. Specifically, he focuses his practice on business litigation, construction law, general liability, and general litigation. Mr. Corriveau represents business owners, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, design professionals, and individuals. 

Mr. Corriveau grew up in New Hampshire and by way of his legal studies at the University of Florida, he has made Florida his home. He focused his undergraduate studies on business, graduating from the prestigious Peter T. Paul School of Business and Economics, earning dual degrees in Finance and Business Management. Mr. Corriveau has had the opportunity to work in a variety of professional settings during his legal career, including for a Fortune 300 company, Kraft Group LLC (ownership group for Gillette Stadium, New England Patriots (NFL), New England Revolution (MLS), and other business entities). He also gained valuable experience working for the University of Florida General Counsel, DraftKings, The Ohio State University Athletic Department, and for three federal court judges at the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. During law school, Mr. Corriveau worked with entertainment and sports professionals, spearheading the University of Florida’s annual Entertainment and Sports Law Symposium from 2012 – 2015. Mr. Corriveau also earned a Sports Law Certificate from the Great Lakes Sports and Entertainment Academy in 2014.

Mr. Corriveau resides in Orlando with his wife, Amy, and their dog, Teddy.

Geneva R. Fountain

Geneva R. Fountain is an Associate of Boyd & Jenerette, P.A., practicing in the in the Jacksonville office. Geneva focuses her practice on appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fountain clerked for the Honorable Stephanie W. Ray at the Florida First District Court of Appeal.

While in law school, Geneva served as a writing and research editor and as the editor-in-chief for the Florida State University Business Review.  In addition, she worked as a teaching assistant in Legal Writing and Research I & II. In her last year of law school, she served as a law clerk for the appellate division of the Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel.

In her free time, Geneva enjoys reading novels and lounging with her three spoiled cats.

Lovecia Holmes-Oglesby

Lovecia Holmes-Oglesby is an Associate Attorney at Boyd & Jenerette's Jacksonville office. She practices auto liability defense, insurance defense and general litigation. Lovecia was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. She later moved to Miami, Florida to attend college at Florida International University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Additionally, Lovecia earned an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies. After completing college, Lovecia worked as a Certified Paralegal for 6 years. While working as a paralegal, Lovecia gained extensive experience and knowledge in the legal field focusing on personal injury and foreclosure litigation cases.

In 2012 she attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law, during which she was chosen to compete in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition and successfully advanced to multiple rounds of the mock trial. While studying law she also served as a LexisNexis Associate, assisting law students with research navigation in the highly regarded LexisNexis research database. Further, Lovecia worked as an intern at the Office of the Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division.

Lovecia is a very family-oriented person. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three-year-old daughter.
