Elizabeth B. Ferguson Presented at the Florida Bar’s Advanced Construction Law Certification Review Course

Boyd & Jenerette partner, Elizabeth B. Ferguson, presented at the Florida Bar’s Advanced Construction Law Certification Review Course held from March 10-12, 2016.

Ms. Ferguson spoke on Theories of Recovery and Causes of Action. Her presentation was a part of the review course attorneys preparing to take the Florida Bar Construction Certification Exam attend.  Lawyers certified in construction law deal with matters and disputes relating to the design and construction of improvements on private and public projects.  Only 7 percent of eligible Florida Bar members, approximately 4,800 lawyers, are board certified.
