Kansas R. Gooden to Chair in The Florida Bar Appellate Section’s CLE Presentation “The Hidden Essentials of Appellate Practice”

Boyd & Jenerette Partner and Appellate Practice Group Leader, Kansas R. Gooden, will be a chair in The Florida Bar Appellate Section’s CLE course presentation titled “The Hidden Essentials of Appellate Practice,” on February 10, 2017 at the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Kansas will be presenting a segment called “Preservation of the Record.”
This CLE course offer has been designed for those seeking Appellate Practice Certification or recertifying in 2017 and will be presented via webinar. It has been approved for certification credit, and will cover many topics that may appear on the certification exam, such as appellate jurisdiction.
