Patrick “Cade” Spivey is an associate attorney at Boyd & Jenerette, P.A., practicing in the Jacksonville office. Mr. Spivey’s practice focuses on defending claims under the Florida Workers’ Compensation Act, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, and Defense Base Act. His background as a Navy Surface Warfare Officer provides a rich understanding of the maritime industry and first-hand appreciation for the scope and complexity of defense contractor operations and employment relationships overseas.
