Danielle Stephen focuses her practice on construction claims involving defects, breach of contract, negligence, delay, and insurance coverage. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Stephen worked in private practice representing developers in construction litigation matters.

Ms. Stephen grew up in North Pole, Alaska. She later relocated to Florida as a teenager. Ms. Stephen attended Northwest Florida State College’s Collegiate High School. As part of the accelerated program, she obtained her associates of arts degree simultaneously with her high school diploma. Ms. Stephen then obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. Ms. Stephen began her legal career as a paralegal at one of the largest defense firms in the state of Florida.  

Ms. Stephen then went on to pursue her law degree at Florida A&M University College of Law. During her time in law school Ms. Stephen was a member of the American Bar Association Law School Division and represented the College’s client counseling team for two consecutive years. Ms. Stephen also interned with the Osceola County Courthouse, where she obtained the necessary skills to earn a certificate in mediation from the Florida Supreme Court.  

Outside of work Ms. Stephen enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, and traveling. Ms. Stephen enjoys immersing herself in different cultures by learning different languages, customs, and food.
