Karin is a partner in the firm’s Jacksonville, Florida office with over 17 years of demonstrated work and focus in trial advocacy, commercial and general civil litigation representing clients in federal and state courts.
Karin focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on the defense of cases involving first party property claims. Her litigation practice also includes management of insurance coverage cases and general carrier representation.
Her experience spans working for large firms in multiple areas of commercial and civil litigation, primarily focusing on insurance and consumer finance related issues, while also serving as escalation counsel for high-risk litigation and client reputational risk issues. She is well-versed in handling cases from inception through trial and appeal with a successful record of arguing before Florida’s Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth District Courts of Appeal.
When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, stepdaughters, and dogs, cooking, and traveling.
