Kathleen Carlson is an Associate of Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. practicing in the Jacksonville office. Her practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage, and bad faith/extra-contractual liability litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carlson clerked for the Honorable James A. Edwards at the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal.
While in law school, Ms. Carlson served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Florida Law Review. She also interned for the Honorable M. Casey Rodgers, Chief Judge for the Northern District of Florida.
