Ms. Vanek has been employed with Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. since May of 1990 where she was hired as the Firm’s first Workers’ Compensation Department paralegal. As Operations Manager, her main duties include overseeing operations and systems related to the delivery of our legal product. This includes the design and maintenance of the case management software, managing and implementing departmental protocols according to client guidelines, and training of staff in these areas. Ms. Vanek’s duties also include organizing and monitoring of the firms’ Department of Insurance Continuing Education training program for our clients so that they can fulfill the State’s requirements of same.
Many cases overlap several areas of law. As a full service law firm, we are able to recognize how one legal discipline impacts another. We work as a team on complex issues that require knowledge of a variety of state and federal laws. This multi-disciplinary approach allows clients to receive the large-firm advantage of access to multiple attorneys in a wide scope of practice areas as well as the hands-on customer service offered by a boutique law firm. In addition to civil litigation, employment law, workers’ compensation defense, commercial law, construction law and appeals, our firm also handles professional liability claims.
