Kansas R. Gooden and Geneva R. Fountain prevailed in a workers' compensation appeal in the First District Court of Appeal.  The Claimant asserted that the JCC failed to follow the workers' compensation statute when it denied her claim for adjustment of AWW.  The JCC denied the Claimant’s attempts to enter into evidence unauthenticated, undated, and unsigned tax document. The JCC held that the Claimant failed to carry her burden to present evidence proving concurrent damages.  This decision was affirmed by the First District.
