Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Shareholder, Benford Samuels was awarded the John J. Schickel Professionalism Award at the E. Robert Williams Inn of Court holiday meeting on December 11^th.

The E. Robert Williams Inn of Court is comprised of lawyers, judges, mediators and law students who are significantly involved in the workers’ compensation area of law in Jacksonville. The Inns’ ongoing mission is to promote professionalism, provide tutelage and mentoring amongst its members while playing an active part in North Florida’s legal community.

As one of the founders and past presidents of the Inn, Samuels has played a pivotal role in continuing to promote the Inns’ mission not only amongst its members but to his clients, peers and in practice.

For over twenty years Samuels has dedicated his practice to Workers’ Compensation throughout the state of Florida. His breadth of experience in the employer liability arena has allowed him to develop an expertise in counseling employers, manufacturers, insurers, servicing agents, and self-insured entities on a diverse spectrum of employer liability issues.
