Christopher M. McShane, a shareholder in the Ft. Lauderdale office, was selected as a member of the Leadership Academy of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (“TIPS”) of the American Bar Association.  TIPS is one of the ABA’s most active sections facing issues confronting the legal profession which impact tort law.  Mr. McShane was one of only 23 lawyers nationwide selected into the TIPS Leadership Academy. The Academy is an intensive program designed to prepare attorneys for leadership roles in the legal profession, legal organizations, and the community at large.  Mr. McShane will participate in the Leadership Academy events held in cities nationwide throughout 2007-2008 and serve as a Vice Chair to one of TIPS General Committees. For more information on TIPS, visit www.abanet.org/tips.
