Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Assoicate John Paglio and Shareholder Kristen Van der Linde will be presenting at this year’s Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel’s annual two day retreat and seminar beginning August 22, 2013.

Mr. Paglio will be presenting Civil Trial Case Law Update on Friday afternoon and Ms. Van der Linde will be presenting Developments in Florida Bad Faith Law Saturday morning.

The JADC is an organization of leading defense attorneys in the Jacksonville area. They hold three meetings a year and an annual retreat to discuss current defense based issues. Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. is proud to have two past presidents and the current secretary of the organization at the firm.
