Boyd & Jenerette Expands Construction Practice on Gulf Coast

The Construction Law Group at Florida civil litigation law firm Boyd & Jenerette is expanding coverage on the Gulf Coast to serve property owners, contractors, design professionals, developers, and building products suppliers.

Boyd & Jenerette is pleased to add Partner Tony Horrnik and Senior Associate Aaron Greenberg to the firm’s St. Petersburg, Florida office. Mr. Horrnik represents general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals in all areas of construction law in both a litigation and transactional capacity. Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Tony served as a Senior Staff Attorney for an industry leading insurance company where he represented general contractors and subcontractors in all aspects of construction defect litigation. He has a broad range of experience in litigation, coverage and transactional matters.

Mr. Greenberg practices in the firm’s Construction Law Group, handling matters involving construction defects, professional liability, property damage, breach of contract, and insurance coverage. Aaron has successfully represented clients ranging from individuals to multinational corporations, in both state and federal court. In addition to insurance defense and coverage, Aaron is experienced in intellectual property matters.
