Boyd & Jenerette Expands Construction Practice with New Location in St. Petersburg, Florida

The Construction Law Group at Florida civil litigation law firm Boyd & Jenerette is adding a new office on the Gulf Coast to serve property owners, contractors, design professionals, developers, and building products suppliers.

Boyd & Jenerette is pleased to welcome Teresa A. Eyerman as a partner in the firm’s new St. Petersburg, Florida office. Ms. Eyerman represents general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals in all areas of construction law in both a litigation and transactional capacity.

Ms. Eyerman worked in Travelers’ Florida staff counsel construction defect ligation practice for the last nine years. She was the Florida representative for national construction alerts and changes, and served on the national construction defect leadership team.

She gained experience as general counsel for a Florida-based construction firm, where she worked on private and government projects. Ms. Eyerman also worked with a nationally recognized construction law firm on multi-state construction projects, including the Amtrak Northend Electrification Project and delay claims arising from airport construction projects.

Ms. Eyerman earned her law degree with honors from The Florida University College of Law in 1996. She holds a 1989 B.A. degree in History from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
