Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. is pleased to announce the relocation of their office in South Florida. The office is relocating from its downtown Ft. Lauderdale location at 200 South Andrews Avenue, Suite 501 Fort Lauderdale, Florida to 4443 Lyons Road, Suite D-209, Coconut Creek, Florida.

At this location Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. will continue to focus its practice in the areas of Civil Litigation Defense, Trial Practice, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Defense, Workers’ Compensation, Longshore and Defense Base Act claims, Admiralty and Jones Act claims, Construction and Commercial Litigation.

The South Florida office will be occupied by Partners Tom Berger and Paul Woodson, who both have over 20 years of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense. “Paul and I are excited about our relocation allowing us to better serve our clients throughout South Florida in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties.” said Tom Berger, Partner at Boyd & Jenerette.

Mr. Berger practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on litigation involving automobile and trucking negligence, premises liability and construction law. Mr. Woodson concentrates his practice in the area of construction law, including insurance defense in construction defect claims.
