Jason Crews is an associate attorney in the firm’s Orlando office. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including insurance defense and construction defect litigation. Mr. Crews has extensive experience handling first-party property actions, including pre-suit coverage investigations.
Mr. Crews graduated from University of South Florida and received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. Prior to and during law school, Mr. Crews worked as a paralegal at firms representing insurers in a wide variety of defense actions.
Jason is a Florida native and in his spare time, enjoys golf, sporting events, and spending time with his wife and three dogs.
Halah M. Elchorbagy

Halah M. Elchorbagy is an associate attorney who works for the firm in Tampa. Ms. Elchorbagy’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, focusing primarily on automobile liability, coverage disputes, wrongful death, and bad faith. She has prior experience defending insurance companies in all aspects of litigation. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and Washington D.C.
Prior to joining Boyd & Jenerette, P.A., Ms. Elchorbagy practiced medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, and general litigation in complex civil litigation matters.
Outside of work, Ms. Elchorbagy loves spending time with her family and two dogs. She also enjoys kayaking and canoeing in her spare time.
Rose B. Hernandez

Rose Hernandez is an Associate with Boyd & Jenerette, P.A., practicing remotely from Orlando, Florida. She currently concentrates her practice on auto glass litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hernandez acquired extensive litigation experience in the public sector. She served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida in Kissimmee, Florida, for three years, representing indigent criminal defendants charged with misdemeanors and felonies. As an Assistant Public Defender, Ms. Hernandez litigated 18 jury trials and numerous contested motions, and conducted hundreds of depositions.
While in law school, Ms. Hernandez served as a member of the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy and as president of the student-led organization Advocates for Immigrant and Refugee Rights at Florida State College of Law. She also clerked for the Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of the General Counsel, where she represented the Department in cases involving the issuance and revocation of professional licensure for insurance agents across the state of Florida.
