Boyd & Jenerette is pleased to welcome Associate Attorney Cody Ingalls to the firm's Jacksonville office.

Cody Ingalls focuses his practice on civil litigation, more specifically, first party property insurance defense.  Prior to joining Boyd & Jenerette, Cody represented various insurers in matters related to personal injury protection, premise liability and first party property.  Prior to working for insurers, Cody worked for a plaintiff firm’s trial team focused on premise liability and automobile claims.

While in law school, Cody oversaw the Florida Coastal Law Review as Editor-in-Chief, as well as actively participated as an advocate in the school’s Moot Court program.  During this time he also gained invaluable experience clerking in the following areas:  family law; wrongful death; medical malpractice; and insurance coverage.

A native to Fort Myers, Florida, when Cody is not hard at work for his clients you can find him at the beach, gym or cheering on the Miami Heat.
