Joe Aguirre is an associate attorney practicing in the firm’s Jacksonville and St. Petersburg offices. Joe has experience litigating premises, products, trucking, toxic tort, automotive and general liability matters, and has counseled Special Investigative Units on active fraud investigations.

After undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University, Joe earned his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Joe practiced with civil defense firms in Boston, MA and in Mobile, AL.

Joe is a native of Hollywood, FL and enjoys trail running with his wife, bringing his dog to breweries, and writing short fiction.
