Boyd & Jenerette is pleased to welcome Associate Attorney Patrick M. Bailey to the firm.

Patrick Bailey is an Associate of Boyd & Jenerette, P.A., practicing remotely from Palm Beach Gardens. Patrick is part of the firm’s appellate division.  Prior to joining the firm, Patrick acquired experience in the public and private sectors.  Patrick served as a floating law clerk for multiple judges at the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal. He then went on to clerk for the Honorable Justice Jorge Labarga at the Florida Supreme Court. After his clerkships, Mr. Bailey was an associate at a large defense firm where he handled complex commercial litigation and professional malpractice cases.

While in law school, Patrick served as executive editor for the Florida State Law Review. Patrick also worked as a research assistant to two professors and a teaching assistant for Law, Classics, and Scriptures.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys reading a variety of non-fiction literature, brewing beer, and playing with his two daughters.
