CRodriguez-300x277Boyd & Jenerette, welcomes Carlos M. Rodriguez Of Counsel in our Miami office. Mr. Rodriguez will provide legal and business counseling for the firm, specializing in real estate, foreign title insurance, cross border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.

“Carlos has extensive experience representing both domestic and foreign clients in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe, with respect to their interests in the United States,” said the Firm’s Managing Equity Partner, Glen McClary. “This knowledge and experience will make him a vital asset to our Firm.”

Mr. Rodriguez is also a Certified Family Business Specialist and has provided specifically tailored business and planning services to family-owned businesses regarding succession planning and other family-business specific matters.  He also has extensive business experience including serving in executive capacities of privately held companies and prior management experience at two Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Rodriguez received his law degree from the University of Florida and holds a B.S. from Florida State University. Currently, he is a member of the Florida Bar, the Cuban-American Bar Association, Latin Builders Association and Easter Seals of South Florida.
