Governor Rick Scott Reappoints Eight JCCs and Appoints Two New JCCs

At the close of the legislative session, Governor Scott reappointed the following Judges of Compensation Claims: Judge Anderson (Daytona Beach District), Judge Lewis (Ft. Lauderdale District), Judge Kerr (Miami District), Judge Sculco (Orlando District), Judge Beck (Sarasota District), Judge Rosen (St. Petersburg District), and Judges Lorenzen and Massey (Tampa District). Upon Judge D’Ambrosio’s (West Palm Beach District) resignation, Governor Scott appointed Carol Stephenson to fill her vacancy. Finally, Governor Scott appointed Robert Alan Arthur to fill Judge Condry’s (Orlando District) vacancy. There continues to be one vacancy in the Ft. Lauderdale District.
