Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Associate Kansas Gooden is presenting the CLE “Appeals Relating to Motions to Transfer Venue” to the Florida Bar Appellate Section on October 15th.

Kansas will discuss the substantive and procedural issues involved with appeals relating to motions to transfer venue, including where to file an appeal of an order granting a motion to transfer venue when the two trial courts involved are located in different districts. The presentation will address both civil and criminal cases.
