Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Associate, Maria Soledad Bodero has been elected president of the Miami charity Fundacion Chichi Puig which raises funds to benefit Casa Thalia, a home in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The home provides shelter, education, and care for girls and young ladies that have been exposed to the dangers of who have been victims of severe abuse.

Ms. Bodero is a native of Guayaquil, Ecuador where she began her legal career and attended the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil School of Law, and received her law license in 1998. She continues to maintain her law license in Ecuador. Her knowledge and experience in civil code jurisdictions has allowed her to better serve the needs of a diverse clientele and to resolve issues involving international disputes.
