Ronald G. Neiwirth joins Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. as a Partner practicing in the Miami office.  Mr. Neiwirth handles bankruptcy proceedings and the full range of insolvency matters locally, and throughout the United States, on behalf of foreign liquidators. He has extensive experience in the areas of Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, real estate workouts, debtor-in-possession financing, cash collateral stipulations, bankruptcy litigation and international insolvency proceedings.

 

David da Silva Cornell is also joining the Firm as a Partner practicing in the Miami office.  Mr. Cornell focuses his practice on Corporate Law, Domestic and Foreign Business Transactions, and Nonprofit Law.  Mr. Cornell has extensive experience with the legal systems, cultures, and business practices of Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and East Asia (Greater China). He represents both U.S. and foreign clients with respect to their interests in the United States.  He is multilingual in Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish.
