Boyd & Jenerette Partner, Bob Cole, was an invited guest of the Upchurch Watson White & Max Mediation Group at their seminar and retreat in Palm Beach, Florida.  This event was held on June 24 through June 25, 2011.  Bob participated in a panel discussion involving mediator selection and the effective use of the mediation process.  He was invited to represent the “legal community” on the panel and Al Tetrault, former board member of IBM and Digital Equipment Company was invited to represent the “business community”.  The panel discussion was lively and Mr. Cole learned some valuable information concerning big businesses’ thoughts and perceptions regarding the utilization of the mediation process.
