Catherine V. Arpen concentrates her practice in general liability and third-party claims insurance defense.  For the last decade, she has focused on Florida general liability insurance defense, to include commercial and non-commercial motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, defense of municipalities, mold exposure, defense of civil rights, and PIP litigation. Prior to insurance defense, Catherine worked for the State of Florida for 3 1/2 years as an Administrative Law Judge.
