Jennifer Hutchins is a senior associate who works for the firm remotely in St. Petersburg, Florida.  She focuses her practice in the areas of insurance coverage & bad faith, insurance coverage disputes, and general insurance defense civil litigation. Jennifer has years of experience in property and casualty law, having handled hundreds of insurance claims, appraisals, arbitrations, and litigation cases and she is admitted to practice law in Florida. She also has a strong background in auto liability defense, premises liability, and general civil litigation. She previously worked in the healthcare industry for over a decade providing her with a greater understanding in analyzing the complex nature of alleged diagnoses, injuries, and treatment modalities.

While originally from Minnesota, Jennifer has lived in St. Petersburg for over thirty years and enjoys being involved in her community, spending time with her family, and paddleboarding.
