Areas Of Practice

Kalynne N. Proctor is an associate in Boyd & Jenerette’s Boca Raton office. She practices in the firm’s Construction Law Group focusing on defending complex construction defect related claims.  Prior to joining Boyd & Jenerette, Kalynne gained extensive experience representing general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and design professionals in a wide variety of construction related disputes ranging from breach of contract to payment and scheduling related claims.

In her free time, Kalynne enjoys acting, screenwriting and spending quality time with her daughter. She also enjoys engaging in fitness and sports as a former Division I college athlete in Basketball.
