Kristin (“Kristi”) A. Demers is a partner who works for the firm remotely in St. Petersburg, Florida.  She focuses her practice in the areas of first and third-party bad faith litigation and insurance coverage disputes.  Kristi has decades of experience in property and casualty law, having handled hundreds of insurance claims, appraisals, arbitrations, and litigation cases since the start of her career in 1998, including large commercial losses and class action work.  She is admitted to practice law in Florida and Texas.

An accomplished author and public speaker, Kristi lectures at industry conferences and organizations for continuing education credit to insurance professionals.
