Nadine J. Foehl is a partner with Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. practicing in the Boca Raton office. She currently concentrates her practice on construction law representing general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in construction-related disputes.
Ms. Foehl handles construction claims involving defects, breach of contract, negligence, delay and insurance coverage. She is building her construction law experience with a goal of ultimately becoming Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar.
Ms. Foehl gained trial experience in 2018 as second chair to partner Tom Berger during back-to-back trials. One matter involved a slip and fall injury, and in the other trial the firm defended an insurance carrier being sued by an insured in a motor vehicle claim.
Ms. Foehl is also experienced in defending claims involving personal injury, products liability, and general negligence.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Foehl represented clients in a variety of matters including contract disputes, fraud claims, and actions under Florida’s Private Whistleblower statute. In law school, Ms. Foehl was the technical editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
