Mr. Sledzik exclusively handles all aspects of personal injury litigation in both state and federal court. For over two decades, he has defended claims involving automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, and negligent security claims. However, the focus of his practice is representing private companies and Insurance companies in the transportation industry, with a concentration in trucking and bus accident litigation. He also spends a considerable portion of his practice defending national corporations in products liability claims. He is in active member and participant of the DRI.
