15 years is an incredible milestone, and we’re so lucky to have Yo as part of the Boyd & Jenerette team! 💙

We asked Yo to share a few thoughts on her time with the firm, here’s what she had to say:

“What I like about working at Boyd & Jenerette (wow, 15 years!) is that I get to interact with employees at all different levels of the firm. I truly enjoy the sincere appreciation I receive, not only from my boss, but from the people I work with. A heartfelt ‘thank you’ really goes a long way in improving my attitude.

I also love the opportunity to work flexible hours, and at Boyd & Jenerette, there’s an understanding that you have responsibilities outside of work. I’ve been fortunate most of my life to have a job I’ve loved, and it’s the little things that go a long way, like company lunches, recognizing birthdays, and celebrating achievements.

P.S. Working with Tom in the Boca office makes the day go by fast 😊”
