We are incredibly proud to recognize Kristine Perryman for an amazing 25 years with Boyd & Jenerette. What an incredible milestone!

Kristine’s journey with the firm is a true reflection of growth, dedication, and the opportunities that exist when hard work meets support. Over the years, she has worn many hats, starting in an entry-level role, growing into legal support positions, and ultimately finding her passion in the accounting and billing arena, where she continues to thrive today.

Here’s what Kristine shared about her time with BoydJen:

“I have truly valued working with the firm over the last 25 years for the overall flexibility the firm offers, as well as the mentorship and leadership provided when sought. Flexibility personally for employees who need it to be able to work from home as needed, or to be able to adjust your schedule to accommodate a personal need, which has never been an issue. Flexibility for clients, in keeping up with the ever-changing world of technology and guidelines to be the best firm we can be and providing the best service.

Mentorship and leadership for those who truly want to learn and grow, the opportunities do exist, if you are willing to put in the hard work. Many employees start entry-level and build up to higher levels by wanting to learn and grow, and it is highly encouraged. I’m one of those people who started off answering phone/assisting around the office, from filing, doing mail, etc. I then worked as a paralegal assistant, then as a legal assistant for several years. But my love of numbers (and lucky for me a vacancy in the department) transitioned me into the accounting/billing world where I continued to grow and learn as an employee, for which I am truly grateful.”
