Joseph Kerkes is an associate attorney at Boyd & Jenerette, P.A., where his practice focuses on construction defect and insurance defense litigation.
Originally from the Tampa Bay area, Joseph has experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including breach of contract, commercial disputes, and real estate litigation. He is experienced in all phases of litigation—from pre-suit investigations and discovery through mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
