Areas Of Practice
Powell Cobb is an associate attorney in Boyd & Jenerette’s Savannah office. He practices auto liability defense, insurance defense, and general litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cobb worked in the journalism industry as the managing editor of a South Georgia newspaper.
During his time in law school, Mr. Cobb was involved in the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. He also was an active member of the mock trial team, competing in several tournaments across the country. For his participation in the Mercer Law advocacy program, he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers upon graduation.
Prior to joining Boyd & Jenerette, Mr. Cobb gained experience representing a diverse group of national, regional, and local corporate clients in various matters involving litigation, corporate compliance, healthcare law, among others.
In his free time, Mr. Cobb enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and watching college football (Go Dawgs!).
