Shaina Davis is an associate attorney in the Jacksonville, Florida office, specializing in insurance defense. Her expertise encompasses pre-suit consultation, coverage issues, and insurer bad faith/extra-contractual liability.
Before joining Boyd & Jenerette, Shaina practiced civil litigation with a firm in Tampa, Florida, handling first-party coverage, breach of contract claims, and assignment of benefits disputes under property, homeowner’s, commercial, and builder’s risk policies. Shaina has experience litigating coverage lawsuits for major insurance carriers in state and federal courts.
Shaina received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 2015 and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University’s College of Law in 2021.
She is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
Outside of work, Shaina enjoys traveling, great food, fitness, and quality time with her family.
