Sherry Lambson-Eisele chairs the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group and the Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group. She has 28 years of experience handling construction, business, creditors’ rights, lender representation, property, and insurance defense litigation matters. Ms. Eisele has represented large and small business owners, developers, contractors, suppliers, lenders, insurers, bonding companies, theme parks, hotels, and individuals in matters ranging from multi-million-dollar claims to single-family home-owner matters and everything in between. She regularly handles complex construction, business, and real estate matters involving construction defects, liens, bonds, contracts, commercial lease matters, business disputes, title claims, commercial evictions, business torts, quiet title, boundary disputes, and other business and real estate contract issues. She is also experienced in prosecuting and defending claims for extra work, construction delays, indemnity disputes, engineering and design errors and omissions, and construction project administration.

In the area of business contracts and disputes, she represents clients in litigation involving business torts, director and officer liability, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, franchise agreements, commercial leases, commercial foreclosures, work-out agreements, and other banking and finance related matters.

Her extensive litigation experience includes appearing in state, federal, bankruptcy, and appellate courts as well as arbitration and other dispute resolution proceedings. Ms. Eisele is often retained as an expert to testify regarding attorneys’ fees in business and construction litigation matters in Florida.
