The Boyd & Jenerette Business Litigation Practice Group understands the specialized needs of businesses within the construction market and other industries across Florida. The Business Litigation Practice Group is chaired by Partner Sherry A. Lambson-Eisele, who is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Seminole County Bar Association and a member of the Business Litigation Committee of the Orange County Bar Association, with involvement in other professional organizations as well. Ms. Lambson-Eisele has successfully tried commercial and construction litigation cases in state, federal, and appellate courts. She is AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale Hubbell.
With over 24 years of extensive experience representing hundreds of large and small business owners in the courtroom and other alternative dispute arenas, Ms. Lambson Eisele's broad knowledge in construction, real estate, and business matters allows her to handle the simplest to most complex construction or business litigation matters for clients.
