Beth-Ann Schulman is a panelist on the topic “Additional Insureds” at the 2nd Annual Insurance in the Construction Industry conference being held in Miami on August 16-17. She will discuss how to allocate construction liability risk among the parties, as well as traditional forms of indemnity and additional insured agreements.
