We are approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services as an education course provider for a full range of insurance continuing education (CEU) seminars. We also offer classes approved by The Florida Bar for continuing legal education (CLE) credits.

Boyd & Jenerette Partner and Appellate Practice Group Leader, Kansas R. Gooden will be speaking at the 2018 annual meeting of the Florida Trial Court Staff Attorneys Association taking place on September 6-7, 2018.
The presentation is titled “Preservation of Error” and will address preservation in both the criminal and civil arenas and will provide tips to the staff attorneys as to what to look for.
