We are approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services as an education course provider for a full range of insurance continuing education (CEU) seminars. We also offer classes approved by The Florida Bar for continuing legal education (CLE) credits.

Mark Eckels Speaking at the IARP’s 2022 Northeast Florida Disability Management Forum
Boyd & Jenerette Shareholder Mark Eckels will be speaking on “Legal Trends in Workers’ Compensation Claims,” at this year’s Northeast Florida Disability Management Forum. This event will be held by IARP at the Schultz Center in Jacksonville, FL on Friday, February 11, 2022. He will be discussing COVID-19 in the workplace, compensability issues, and best practices for claims handling.
IARP’s Northeast Chapter has been sponsoring the Disability Management Forum every spring, in coordination with Brooks Hospital, since 2012. It has been an all day conference with knowledgeable and dynamic speakers, and 5-6 CEUs for attendance. Both vendors and Case Managers look forward to this annual event.
