Childers will be presenting at The Florida Bar CLE Committee and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section’s 2017 Advanced Construction Law Certification Review Course. The presentation will be on the topics “Theories of Recovery and Cause of Action” and “Damages and Remedies.” This course is taking place at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grand Lakes from March 8-10, 2018.
