We are approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services as an education course provider for a full range of insurance continuing education (CEU) seminars. We also offer classes approved by The Florida Bar for continuing legal education (CLE) credits.

$45Boyd & Jenerette Partners Elizabeth B. Ferguson and Michael J. Childers will be presenting “Insurance and Construction Litigation in Florida” CLE Presentation to the JBA Construction Law Committee. The meeting and CLE program will be taking place on Wednesday, September 14 from 12:00pm to 1:30pm at Rogers Towers, PA. The course will discuss pertinent insurance coverage issues surrounding construction defect litigation, including recent trend in case law impacting potential coverage of insured’s. The discussion will include indemnity, additional insured status, exclusion and ‘rip and tear’.
Registration:
The CLE program is FREE to JBA members, for non-members the cost is $45. There will be FREE lunch provided by Orange Legal who is sponsoring the meeting.
