Continuing Education Seminars

Boyd & Jenerette’s team of experienced trial attorneys is available to provide continuing education seminars to clients on a complimentary basis.

Courses can be scheduled in the convenience of your office over breakfast or lunch and can also be provided virtually in a webinar format. More in-depth half-day or full day programs are also available. On-site classes can accommodate almost any class size, from 10 to 100, as space permits.

We are approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services as an education course provider for a full range of insurance continuing education (CEU) seminars. We also offer classes approved by The Florida Bar for continuing legal education (CLE) credits.

Many seminars include information taken from actual cases. Attendees will learn the latest in litigation trends and recent court rulings. They will also gain insight into how to assess a claim and determine the most suitable defense strategy.

The continuing education seminars offered by Boyd & Jenerette reflect our commitment to partner with clients to develop defense strategies that are beneficial both as to cost and ultimate case outcomes. Adjusters and claims professionals who learn the latest in litigation management techniques are better able to help the insurance carrier and the insured achieve a suitable result.
