Boyd & Jenerette Shareholder Jane Anderson recently presented a seminar on Third Party Bad faith claims at the 2017 Farm Bureau Claims Executives and Legal Conference. The conference was held from June 25-28, 2017 at the Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama.

The class focused on identifying third party claims that present a pre-suit risk of bad faith and how to proactively manage that risk. The presentation also included a discussion of successful strategies for defending bad faith claims including the use of specialized litigation plans, special jury instructions and proposals for settlement.
